Keeping your dog in good shape can be extra challenging in the winter. But fit and flexible dogs are less prone to injuries - this is especially important if you do agility or other physically challenging games with your dog.

This class will introduce you to basic conditioning principles, as well as teach you lots different exercises that you can work on with your dog to build strength, flexibility, body awareness, and confidence.

And dogs love this stuff!!  They get lots of treats while learning new tricks!

You don't need lots of expensive equipment or a large space. Just a few minutes 3-4 times a week will help your dog stay entertained and healthy.
