November 3, 2022If you walk your dog, play fetch or frisbee with your dog, or he plays enthusiastically with other dogs – then your dog is an athlete.
Keeping your dog flexible and strong can help reduce the chance of injury when your dog is out having a good time.
Learn (or review) the basic concepts to develop a conditioning program for your dog. We will practice simple exercises to build strength, balance, body awareness, cardio, and flexibility.
Conditioning exercises also engage the mind and improve your training skills too!
Prerequisite: Dog should be able to work in a room with other dogs.

November 3, 2022For teams who have completed the Foundations Fitness class.
Practice learned skills and learn new exercises.
Dogs should be in good health. This is NOT a Physical Therapy class for dogs with injuries. This class is designed with simple exercises to help your dog build strength, cardio, and flexibility.
Although accidents can happen at any time, fit & flexible dogs are less likely to injure themselves during play.
