Teach your dog to push a yoga-type ball through a course.
Sounds silly, but can be lots of fun for both dogs and handlers.
Simple skills that teach sends and self-control. Usually we get dogs actually pushing a ball by week 3. Then the fun really begins as the dog enjoys pushing the ball, but must do it WHEN you cue it and WHERE you want the ball to go.
No just for herding breeds.....lots of labs and terriers have found this fun also!
